I wanted to email and say THANK YOU to your employee Matt. I went into Box Brothers on March 6th (Sat) around noon to ship a package. I accidentally left my ATM card on the counter and didn't notice until a couple hours later. When I did finally notice, I also saw that I had a voicemail from Matt telling me that I had left my card there.
Not only was I impressed that he called right away but also that he followed up with store hours so I could come pick it up at my convenience. When I went into the store to pick up the card, he was very polite about the whole situation.
If his behavior is any indication of what the store stands for I will definitely be coming back to Box Brothers for any shipment I have to make!
Thank you Matt and thank you Box Brothers Redondo Beach for being considerate and overall practicing what I consider great customer service!
