Wow! BoxBros 825 Wilshire. Amazing. Saved me hundreds of dollars already. To say 'great service' doesn't begin to describe how helpful each trip there has been. I'm in the middle of packing up my Santa Monica apartment for a move to New York. One day I dropped by the Box Brothers on Wilshire (betw Lincoln Blvd and 9th St) to pick up a couple of odd boxes. Next thing I know, it's suddenly my number one 'go to' place for when I've got a moving problem I need solved. These guys -- at least at this location -- are the rocket scientist of packaging engineers, and they can make your packing projects a breeze.

Last Friday a customer came into sm2 to pick up a custom order of boxes that Jorgen ordered for him, and he was very grateful to Jorgen,so I asked Jorgen to suggest to the customer that if he would not mind writing a review on Google for Box Brothers.

I went to Box Brothers to ship something out and i was more than happy with the service. Dave was so helpful to me. He was so friendly too! He treated me like a real costomer and not just a stranger. Box Brothers will defenately be the place I go to from now on!

Learning more and more every day

Received a call yesterday from the customer that had us pack and ship freight his two high value speakers that I blogged about last week. He said that he was informed by the recipient that they arrived in perfect condition, and that he was impressed with the custom packing that we do. I thanked him for the follow-up call, and asked him to please post his feelings in the form of a review at either Google or Yahoo Local...and he said he would. That shipment was my first International Freight shipment, and thanks to the advice and patience of Marianna, it went very smoothly. I've been managing Woodland Hills now since May 3rd, 2010, and really enjoy each of these new experiences that present new challenges for me...I'm learning more and more every day. Never been to Box Bros. before, but I stopped in to the Santa Monica location and have to say I was thoroughly impressed by the expedient, friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful service I received!
