It's been said that "word of mouth" is the very best form of advertising. We can offer a fine product at a competitive price and the customer will make their purchase. But if we offer "superior" service, the customer will likely shop here again and just might tell others about their experience.
If we couple this with the adage "We can ship anything, anywhere," our customer base could potentially (and hopefully!) grow exponentially.
This has been my experience here in Tarzana, and I'm happy to say that in the past couple of weeks I was introduced to several "new" customers that came in just because of a friends recommendation!
