Good morning Mark, I was given your name by Chris because I wanted to let someone know what a great job Chris has been doing. I live in Florida but our son lives in Woodland Hills CA and is in the process of moving back east to FL. Chris has gone beyond the call of duty to help me get our son's items ready and is assisting us in getting the items shipped. He is quick to respond, has explained the process for shipping so many items, has been clear on the costs and just overall a pleasure to work with. I had spoken with moving companies and they just want the job but they don't want to give you the time of day. It is mostly, trust me and don't ask questions attitude.

It is so refreshing to find someone who does care about their work and most importantly the service they provide to their customer. Over the years customer service industries seem to be more concern with how quickly can they get it done and not how well it is done. If Chris is at all representative of your other employees then you should do very well in the future as a company.

My daughter is leaving for college on the East Coast next month. We got lots of boxes from Dave and he provided us with great information regarding packing and shipping. He will handle the shipping for us and I am sure I will have peace of mind knowing our shipping is in good hands.‎

WOW, Dave at Box Bros, 11701 Wilshire was so helpful, not only did he make super suggestion on how to re-box my storage unit, he also made sure I had all the needed supplies. To top it off he loaded everything in my car. An overwhelming task became an acomplished reality.‎

I used Box Brothers at 11701 Wilshire to ship a number of boxes overseas. The service was excellent, very thorough and quick. The manager made sure I had the best price. I highly recommend this location.‎

Solving a Problem‎‎

Two weeks ago I was looking for someone to pack and ship my computer system, and was completely underwhelmed with the lack of knowledge and experience that I was receiving at these pack and ship stores. Then I went to the Box brothers in Brentwood, walking in with little expectation, and much to my surprise these guys blew me away. Dave, the manager of the store, gave me choices on how to pack and ship my system. Explaining to me the best way to pack it and directing me to the most cost effective way on shipping it. We ended up shipping it UPS hundred weight, a service I never knew existed. He told me I was saving at least $75 from the regular price. Well every thing arrived their yesterday with out incident, and on time He even called me to let me know it was delivered. This guy went over and beyond what he needed to do for me. Large Custom Crates....

Las Vegas Box Brothers builds custom crates..... They might not be as pretty as Inglewoods Crates, but without a warehouse and in 110 degree temperatures, we bust them out in an alley.... Notice the door with hinges so they can open it and close it..... Eric has been our crating Guru...... Coming from the construction industry, he can build them to withstand a hurricane.... We don't have to worry about hurricanes in Vegas, but do need to build quality crates for our clients goods......

Incredibly helpful, knowledgable, reasonable and friendly!!! This is my first time using their services and I will definitely use them again. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get in and out of here in 10 minutes. I usually ship from the Santa Monica Post Office (on Wilshire) and can easily spend 30 to 60 minutes waiting to be helped. Thank you for everything!

Called ahead to make sure they had the boxes I needed, and Ray was very helpful. When I went into the store, he made sure my product was boxed safely and securely. Having been to both FedEx and USPS stores, I would highly recommend everyone to use Box Brothers instead, as they are friendlier, more professional, and very attentive to your needs as a customer.

If you have anything to ship or mail, this is the place.

Why Home Depot Boxes SUCK!!!!!

Yes; They may be cheap on your pocket book, but the quality is exactly what you pay for.... Those who like to purchase less quality boxes from the Home Depots, Lowes, Walmart or any major fortune 500 companies, check out these photos before doing so.... As a small company trying to be competitively priced, we sure have value for the products we sell.... The boxes from Box Brothers and our suppliers are of high quality standards and would never collapse like the ones shown in this photo..... Any other time I would never show photos of a pallet looking like this, but noticed the reason for such a mess..... They are cheap Home Depot boxes..... Remember this photo when you customer complains about the price of our quality cartons.... This is a sales tool for the consumer.... If you don't care about your personal belongings, then by all means go get your crappy boxes from the larger retailers.... You might as well pack everything you own in gift boxes that you have saved from X-Mas, B-Days or picked up in an alley that are infested with roaches.... Roaches love moving into you new home as you are unpacking..... Think about you kids and leave the bugs and insects in the alleys, and stop buying boxes that don't even last one move.... Just take out enough insurance to cover the damages on the other end.... That's my advice......

i first came across box brothers when i was looking for a odd size box. they had it! i also was in the middle of moving my home and noticed all the moving material at very fair prices compared to what the moving company was going to charge. i saved a good amount of money.even to this day i use box brothers to handle all my eBay items to box and ship. a hand shake goes a long way with these guys. complete trust in a non trusting world. go check them out on your own and see what I've learned

Redondo Beach Review 7.22.10

Lots and lots of boxes.
I was in Box Brothers today.I was all but ignored at another moving supply store earlier today. I needed some help to get the right boxes for my project. I am painting and getting new cabinets and need some boxes to store the contents of my kitchen. I was able to get everything I needed here. I was sold some small and medium boxes and lots of blank newsprint. These were perfect for my needs.The "boxman" explained that dishes need to be packed well and smaller boxes work better. I liked that fact that the guy tried to save me some money he told me about a google coupon and gave me the 10% discount. They carried the boxes out and put them in my car. I will be back

We deal with a lot of moving customers here. One of the most challenging parts of a move is packing artwork. The shapes and sizes tend to vary a lot and many times its not easy to find an ideal box. We sell mirror/picture boxes in several sizes. These boxes telescope easily to get more height.

Matt's speakers pack/ship

Recently Matt spoke to a client on a Sunday about some heavy expensive speakers he needed to ship. Matt told the customer "we can pick them up and pack and ship them" when do you want them picked up". Matt picked them up on Monday. He set it up while the customer was in front of him that Sunday. The client has sent 4 sets of speakers with us so far. It was simple for the customer.

Needless to say no one can compete with that service level. The customer was impressed and we have earned both his repeat business and referrals. Matt acted like a sales person not a counter person.

Matt booked the job , picked the items up and packed them back at the store.
