Recently Matt spoke to a client on a Sunday about some heavy expensive speakers he needed to ship. Matt told the customer "we can pick them up and pack and ship them" when do you want them picked up". Matt picked them up on Monday. He set it up while the customer was in front of him that Sunday. The client has sent 4 sets of speakers with us so far. It was simple for the customer.
Needless to say no one can compete with that service level. The customer was impressed and we have earned both his repeat business and referrals. Matt acted like a sales person not a counter person.
Matt booked the job , picked the items up and packed them back at the store.
